Alan McCabe Racing got off the mark for 2012 when stable apprentice jockey Nora Looby got Desert Strike over the line first at Wolverhampton, at a healthy 12/1,and in the process relegated last years champion jockey Paul Hanagan, on Angelo Poliziano, to second place.
