Today Alan reported Bella has come out of her race yesterday full of herself and generally in good condition, although he detected a little stiffness to her hind quarters. This was probably caused by her losing her legs when jumping from the stalls, as Franny Norton explained immediately after her race. Anyway Alan said this could be expected and he was not too concerned, and if nothing untoward happens between now and then, will be entering her to race in the 32 RedPoker.com Maiden Auction Stakes at Kempton Park on Thursday 29th November at 4:35pm over 1mile. This is an evening meeting commencing at 4:05pm and concluding at 7:20pm.
Interestingly there were four races over 7f at Southwell yesterday, one for 2yo's, one for 3yo Maidens and two for 3yo's and older and the 2yo race was run in the fastest time.
