We are pleased to report Bella has come out of yesterdays race in good order. She put in another encouraging run under Seb Sanders, although the blizzard conditions at the time of the race were a whole new experience for her and may have contributed to her running about a little in the finishing straight, but she put in another sterling front running effort, only being headed inside the final furlong and coming in one and a quarter lengths behind eventual winner Hidden Link. Also in hindsight the cheek pieces may not have helped her and the distance may have been a little too far too early.
Bella has been entered for the coral.co.uk Mobile Betting Maiden Handicap at 4:10pm Southwell on Tuesday the 5th February over 1mile. Fingers crossed that Southwell will be up and running by then. Hopefully we will have Seb on board again and Alan intends to try her without cheek pieces on this occasion.
