Una Bella Cosa looked in very good order this morning and ready to race. After great deliberation, the race doesn't look particularly strong, and assurances from the track, Bella was declared for the Adios Handicap over 9f 8:20pm Tuesday 16th July. There are twelve declarations and Bella has drawn 11 and is set to carry 9st 4lbs. It was decided that Aaron Jones, Alans' 7lb claiming apprentice will take the ride. The current going at Yarmouth is good to firm (7.8 on the stick) but the racecourse have given assurances that the track has a very good covering of grass and watering will continue up to and on the day of the race. If the official going goes to firm on Tuesday (9.0 on the stick or thereabouts) it is likely she will be pulled out.
Please note Tuesday night at Yarmouth is ladies night.
