Una Bella Cosa has been declared for the Great Yarmouth Racecourse Supports Viking Charity Collection Fillies Handicap over 8f, on Thursday 25th July, at Yarmouth. There are 6 declarations, Bella has drawn 5 and is set to carry 8st 2lbs, with Natalia Gemelova taking the ride and a 3lb allowance. The going is currently good – firm with a going stick reading of 7.7 (at 7:00am Tuesday morning). The weather forecast is set to remain warm through to racing with temperatures +19C and the possibility of showers, (thunderstorms) developing in the area from Tuesday through to racing. Also the racecourse have confirmed they will water as necessary to maintain safe ground. Along with what appears to be a tricky race, and ground likely to be against us, this event does not appear ideal.
Bella has also been entered for the Evans Halshaw Peugeot Mansfield Fillies Handicap over 7f at Southwell 4:55pm Thursday 8th August, not the ideal distance but guaranteed ground if we can get in the race.
