Another fine win for the Alan McCabe Racing Team at Pontefract this afternoon when Showboating comfortably won the last race over 6f and at a healthy 8/1 SP. Pleased connections managed bets at 14/1 the previous evening although a Rule4 10p in the pound deduction tempered this slightly. Sean Levey was on board and had Showboating handily placed throughout, making his move entering the home straight, he made good headway 1f out catching Illustrious Prince to lead towards the finish, and going away.
