Another fine win for the Alan McCabe racing team with Bedloes Island winning at Southwell this afternoon over 5f at 33/1 with Martin Harley in the saddle. The 9yo tracked the leaders making headway 1f out when there was little room. Ridden and staying on well inside the final furlong he got up to lead in the last stride.
